Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. SAT-STA-20190206-00006 E S2844 EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation Date Filed: 02/06/2019 14:34:18:63300 Special Temporary Authority EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation requests special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to continue to operate the EchoStar 16 satellite to provide Direct Broadcast Satellite service over channels 1 and 2 at the 61.5° W.L. orbital location. EchoStar states that it will continue to comply with conditions set forth in our June 2012 order.
