The Commission reserves the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined they are defective and not in conformance with the Commission's Rules and Regulations and its Policies. 325-NEW-20181128-00004 P Local Media San Diego, LLC New Application Application for permit to deliver programming from Local Media San Diego, LLC ("LMSD") to broadcast stations XETRA-FM (91.1 MHz), XHITZ-FM (90.3 MHz) and XHRM-FM (92.5 MHz) (collectively, the "Stations"). Each station is licensed in Tijuana, Mexico and has a maximum ERP of 100,000 watts. Comments and Petitions to deny this application must reference the file number associated with the 325(c) application and be filed no later than 30 days from the date of this Public Notice. Filings may be submitted electronically via FCC Inbox-73.3545 on the ECFS Non-Docketed Filing page (https://www.fcc.gov/ecfs/filings/nodocket) or filed on paper pursuant to the Guidelines for Paper Filing, available at https://www.fcc.gov/secretary/guidelines-filing-paper-documents and https://www.fcc.gov/general/electronic-and-hard-copy-filing-address#block-menu-block-4. Paper filings may be sent by hand or messenger delivery, by commercial overnight courier, or by first-class or overnight U.S. Postal Service mail. The filing hours for hand deliveries are 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. All hand deliveries must be held together with rubber bands or fasteners. Any envelopes must be disposed of before entering the building. Commercial overnight mail (other than U.S. Postal Service Express Mail and Priority Mail) must be sent to FCC, 9050 Junction Drive, P.O. Box 179, Annapolis Junction, Maryland 20701.
