The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-MOD-20180501-00036 E S2704 Intelsat License LLC Modification 11/29/2018 - 12/31/2020 Grant of Authority Effective Date: 11/29/2018 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On November 29, 2018, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat License LLC to modify the authorization for its Intelsat 5 space station to specify operations at the 137° W.L. orbital location. Intelsat 5 will provide fixed-satellite service in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-MOD-20180807-00059 E S2404 Intelsat License LLC Modification 11/28/2018 - 12/31/2018 Grant of Authority Effective Date: 11/28/2018 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On November 28, 2018, the Satellite Division granted Intelsat License, LLC's request to modify its license to specify the operations of Intelsat 805 at the 169.1º E.L. orbital location, instead of 169.0º E.L. At the 169.1º E.L. orbital location, Intelsat 805 will continue to provide fixed-satellite service in the following frequency bands: 5850-6650 MHz and 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space); 3400-4200 MHz and 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth). Telemetry, tracking and command operations will be conducted using the following center frequencies: 6173.7 MHz, 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3950 MHz, 3952.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz and 12501.0 MHz (space-to-Earth). SAT-MOD-20180912-00070 E AMSC-1 Ligado Networks Subsidiary LLC Modification 11/28/2018 - 12/31/2018 Grant of Authority Effective Date: 11/29/2018 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service, Mobile Satellite Service On November 29, 2018, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Ligado Networks Subsidiary LLC to modify its authorization for the MSAT-2 space station to specify operations at the 106.5° W.L. orbital location instead of the 103.3° W.L. orbital location. MSAT-2 will provide mobile-satellite service using the following frequency bands: 1530-1544 MHz, 1545-1559 MHz (space-to-Earth), 1631.5-1645.5 MHz and 1646.5-1660.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.75-10.95 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.0-13.25 GHz (Earth-to-space). Ligado was also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking and command using the following center frequencies: 11.7005 GHz, 11.701 GHz (space-to-Earth); 14.0005 GHz and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space); and beacon frequencies of 10.7535 GHz (primary) and 10.751 GHz (backup). SAT-STA-20180928-00077 E S2632 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 11/28/2018 Nature of Service: Direct Broadcast Satellite Service On November 28, 2018, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC, for a period of 180 days, to provide direct broadcast satellite service and conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations with DIRECTV T8 at the 100.75° W.L. orbital location in the 12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
