SAT-MOD-20181105-00082 E S2386 Intelsat License LLC Date Filed: 11/05/2018 15:39:53:07600 Modification Intelsat License, LLC seeks to modify the authorization for its Galaxy 13 satellite by extending the license term of that satellite to December 31, 2025. Galaxy 13 operates in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) bands at the 127.0° W.L orbital location. Intelsat also seeks waiver of 47 CFR §§ 25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c), to the extent necessary, in connection with this application.
