Nature of Service:       Direct Broadcast Satellite Service


On October 25, 2018, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority, for a period of 60 days, to EchoStar Satellite Operating
Corporation to provide direct broadcast satellite service from its EchoStar 15 space station. The EchoStar 15 space station is located at 61.65°
W.L., where it was previously authorized to operate as an in-orbit spare. EchoStar 15 will provide DBS service on all 32 DBS channels using the
12.2-12.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On October 23, 2018, the Satellite Division re-issued BlackSky Global LLC a corrected version of the granted conditions that were issued
on October 3, 2018. Specifically, (1) the range of inclinations was corrected from 45 degrees to 42 degrees to polar sun-synchronous, (2)
the direction of the communications in the 449.75-420.25 MHz frequency was corrected from downlink to uplink and (3) the last sentence
of condition 15 was removed to reflect the intent of the grant.
