Special Temporary Authority
Grant of Authority                                                                                                 Effective Date:     09/13/2018



On September 13, 2018, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Terra Bella Technologies Inc., for a period
of 180 days, to permit the use of telemetry downlink frequencies on two commercial remote sensing satellites, SkySat-14 and SkySat-15, while
they are brought into service after launch. Specifically, Terra Bella was granted special temporary authority to assign each of the two new
satellites one of the following frequencies for telemetry transmissions immediately after launch: 8374.75 MHz and 8375.25 MHz.
