The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Intelsat License, LLC requests modification of its license to specify the operations of Intelsat 805 at the 169.1º E.L. orbital location, instead of
169.0 º E.L. At the 169.1º E.L. orbital location, Intelsat 805 will continue to provide fixed-satellite service in the following frequency bands:
5850-6650 MHz and 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space); 3400-4200 MHz and 12500-12750 MHz (space-to-Earth). Telemetry, tracking and
command operations will be on the following center frequencies: 6173.7 MHz, 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space); 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3950
MHz, 3952.0 MHz, 3952.5 MHz and 12501.0 MHz (space-to-Earth).

XM Radio LLC seeks to modify the authorization for its XM-5 Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service (SDARS) space station at the 85.15° W.L.
orbital location by extending the eight-year license term for an additional eight years, through December 2, 2026. XM Radio LLC is currently
authorized to operate XM-5 as an in-orbit spare to provide SDARS at the 85.15° W.L. orbital location in the 2320-2345 MHz (space-to-Earth)
frequency band and to receive feeder link transmissions in the 7025-7075 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency band.
