Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules applicant notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affliations with Peru and Argentina. FCN-NEW-20000627-00039 BELLSOUTH CORPORATION Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules applicant notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affliations with Guatemala.
