The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless

seeks to extend the license term for AMC-7 from October 25, 2018, to February 28, 2021. AMC-7 provides fixed-satellite service, including
direct-to-home service, in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and uses the 3700.5
MHz (space-to-Earth), 4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space) center frequencies for telemetry, tracking, and command.

Horizons-3 License LLC requests special temporary authority for a period of 60 days to conduct in-orbit testing (IOT) of the Horizons 3e satellite
at the 164.2º E.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz, 10.85-11.7 GHz, and 12.2-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 5925-6425 MHz,
12.92-13.25 GHz, and 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Horizons-3 also requests authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and
command operations necessary to maintain Horizons 3e during IOT at the 164.2º E.L. orbital location, and to effect the drift of Horizons 3e to
the 169.0° E.L. orbital location upon completion of IOT, using the following center frequencies: 4197.75 MHz, 4198.25 MHz, 4198.75 MHz,
and 4199.25 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 5850.0-5853.5 MHz and 6421.5-6425.0 MHz (Earth-to-space). Horizons-3 also requests that the
waivers previously granted to operations of Horizons 3e at 169.0° E.L., particularly waivers of 47 CFR §§ 25.202(a)(1), 2.106, and 2.106,
US245, be extended to IOT operations of the satellite at 164.2° E.L.
