SAT-LOA-19971222-00223 through 00228, that its December 22 application supersedes its November 8, 1995 application, File Nos. 25 through 31-SAT-P/LA-96; IBFS File Nos. SAT-LOA-19951108-00178 through 00184. (See note 1 of December 22nd Application.) Therefore, PanAmSat's November 8, 1995 applications, File Nos. 25 through 31-SAT-P/LA-96; IBFS File Nos.
