The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-AMD-20180104-00004 E S2994 WorldVu Satellites Limited Amendment Effective Date: Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On August 9, 2018, the Satellite Division granted the petition filed by WorldVu Satellites Limited to extend the time to file responsive pleadings to comments and petitions regarding the above-captioned application. The deadline to file oppositions to petitions to deny or responses to comments and informal objections pursuant to Section 25.154(c) was extended until August 27, 2018. The deadline for parties to file reply comments pursuant to Section 25.154(d) was also extended until September 12, 2018.
