FCN-NEW-20000505-00026 AIC TELECOM (USA) INC. Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules applicant amends its prior notiification. FCN-NEW-20000519-00031 CIGNAL GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS CARRIER SERVICES, INC. Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules applicant amends its prior notification to add foreign carrier affiliations with Belgium, France, Finland, Switzerland, Germany, Hungary, New Zealand, Chile, Czech Republic, and Slovak Republic. FCN-NEW-20000605-00037 FT NETWORKS L.L.C. Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules applicant notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affiliations with Belgium, France, Germany, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. Interested parties may file comments with respect to this notification within 14 days of the date of this public notice (see Section 1.4(b)(4)). The notifying carrier may respond within 10 days after any such pleadings are filed, and the parties that filed such pleadings may reply within 5 days. See Section 63.52(c), 1.45(c)-(j). It is requested that such comments refer to the notification file number shown above.
