The Commission, by its International Bureau, took the following actions pursuant to delegated authority. The effective
date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified.

Nature of Service: Earth Exploration Satellite Service

On July 19, 2018, the Satellite Division granted the request of Planet Labs Inc. for modification of its authorization to operate a
non-geostationary orbit Earth Exploration Satellite Service system. Specifically, the Satellite Division revised a condition of Planet Labs
authorization to specify a limit of no more than 120 satellites at altitudes greater than 550 km, rather than 500 km. Further, the modified license
specifies that the cap on the number of operational satellites does not include satellites conducting TT&C as part of post-mission disposal.

Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service

On July 17, 2018, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of Intelsat License LLC to modify the authorization for the
Intelsat 9 space station to specify operations at the 66.15° E.L. orbital location, in an inclined orbit, instead of Intelsat 9's currently authorized
location of 29.5° W.L. Intelsat 9 will provide fixed-satellite service at the 66.15° E.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space)
frequency bands. The Satellite Division also granted authority to conduct telemetry, tracking and command functions during the drift to, and
operation at, 66.15° E.L. using the following center frequencies: 11.7005 GHz and 11.702 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.4945 GHz and 14.0005
GHz (Earth-to-space). In addition, the license term for Intelsat 9 was extended for two years, through July 31, 2021.

INFORMATIVE
SAT-LOA-20170726-00110 S3018 Space Exploration Holdings, LLC
Earlier this year, the Commission authorized Space Exploration Holdings, LLC to construct, deploy, and operate a non-geostationary orbit
satellite system using Ku- and Ka-band spectrum. See Space Exploration Holdings, LLC, Memorandum Opinion, Order and
Authorization, FCC 18-38 (rel. Mar. 29, 2018). In that Order, the Commission deferred consideration of SpaceX's request with respect to
the 29.3-29.5 GHz band. SpaceX has now withdrawn that portion of the application that relates to the 29.3-29.5 GHz band. See Letter
from William M. Wiltshire, Counsel to SpaceX, to Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, FCC, dated July 17, 2018.
