Date Filed: 05/23/2018 14:04:15:70000
Special Temporary Authority

Spaceflight Inc. requests special temporary authority to operate two non-geostationary spacecraft to be known as the Upper Free Flyer (UFF) and
Lower Free Flyer (LFF), which together would deploy approximately 74 small spacecraft in low Earth orbit during a period of twenty-four-hours
or less. Spaceflight seeks authority to transmit as follows from the UFF during a twenty-four-hour period: a downlink (space-to-Earth)
transmission with a center frequency of 401.875 MHz and a bandwidth of 22 KHz, and an inter-satellite (space-to-space) transmission
communicating with the Globalstar satellite system with a center frequency of 1616.25 MHz and a bandwidth of 2.5 MHz. Spaceflight also
seeks authority to transmit a downlink (space-to-Earth) transmission with a center frequency of 401.625 MHz and a bandwidth of 22 KHz from
the LFF during a twenty-four-hour period. Spaceflight requests waiver of Section 25.113(g) of the Commission's rules. The request is limited to
the UFF and LFF spacecraft and does not extend to individual licenses for the small spacecraft to be deployed from the UFF or LFF.
