SAT-PDR-20000428-00096                             TELESAT CANADA
Petition for Declaratory Ruling


Telesat Canada has filed the technical information required by Section 25.114 of the Commission's rules for the Anik E1 and E2
satellites. On December 9, 1999, the Commission released an order in Telesat's Request for Declaratory Order permitting the Anik E1
and Anik E2 to be added to the Commission's "Alsat" list, with certain conditions. See Telesat Canada, DA 99-2752 (released
December 9, 1999). Telesat has submitted the technical information required in the Order and requests the Commission determine that
these satellite can operate interference free in a two-degree spacing environment and remove the two conditions requiring operation of
Anik E1 and Anik E2 on a non-interference basis relative to two degree compliant satellites on the Commission's Permitted Space
Station List.




SAT-STA-20000602-00098              S2155          GE AMERICAN COMMUNICATIONS, INC.
Special Temporary Authority


GE American Communications, Inc. has filed a Request for Special Temporary Authority to test its GE-7 satellite at 146 degrees W.L.
prior to commencement of service at its assigned location of 137 degrees W.L. The GE-7 satellite is scheduled for launch in July 2000
and GE Americom requests temporary authority to test the GE-7 satellite at 137 degrees W.L. for period of up to 90 days following
the successful lanch of the satellite.

Comments may be filed on or before JUNE 19, 2000. Replies may be filed on or before JUNE 26, 2000.




   CORRECTIONS
   SAT-LOA-20000518-00090              S2418          ASTROVISION INTERNATIONAL, INC.


   This corrects the orbital locations requested by AstroVision International Inc. In Public Notice, Report No. SAT-00046 (June 2,
   2000), the orbital locations were listed as 60 degrees and 90 degrees W.L. AstroVision's requested orbital locations should have
   read 90 degrees W.L. for AVStar*1 (Call Sign S2418) and 160 degrees W.L. for AVStar*2 (Call Sign S2419).

   The Public Notice date for calculating the comment cycle for this application remains June 2, 2000.
