Amendment

WorldVu Satellites Limited (d/b/a OneWeb) has filed an amendment to its petition for U.S. market access for its proposed non-geostationary,
fixed-satellite service system in the 37.5-43.5 GHz, 47.2-50.2 GHz, and 50.4-51.4 GHz bands. In the amendment, OneWeb further seeks U.S.
market access in the 10.7-12.7 GHz, 12.75-13.25 GHz, 13.75-14.5 GHz, 15.43-15.63 GHz, 17.8-18.6 GHz, 18.8-20.2 GHz, 27.5-30 GHz, 71-76
GHz, and 81-86 GHz bands. OneWeb also asks to increase from 1,280 to 2,560 the number of satellites that would operate at a nominal altitude
of 8,500 km. OneWeb requests waiver of 47 CFR §§ 2.106, 25.112(a)(3), 25.116(c), 25.137(d)(5), 25.155(b), 25.157(c), 25.159(b), and of the
Commission's band plans to the extent necessary. Although we accept OneWeb's application for filing in all frequency bands listed above, we do
not make any determination about the need to initiate any new processing round at this time.
