FCN-NEW-20000414-00025 GLOBALSTAR USA, INC. Notification Other Companies: Bay Area Cellular Telephone Co. (CA), Cagal Cellular Communications Corp. (DE); Napa Cellular Telephone Company (CA); Salinas Cellular Telephone Company (CA); Vodafone AirTouch Satellite Services US, Inc. (DE) Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules applicant notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affliliations with Germany, France, Italy and Austria. Interested parties may file comments with respect to this notification within 14 days of the date of this public notice (see Section 1.4(b)(4)).
