The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-MOD-20180320-00024 E S2959 Intelsat License LLC Modification 06/14/2018 - 08/16/2032 Grant of Authority Effective Date: 06/14/2018 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On June 14, 2018, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the application of Intelsat License LLC to modify the authorization for the Intelsat 35e space station at the 34.5° W.L. orbital location. The authorization was modified to permit Intelsat to operate command channels for Intelsat 35e with center frequencies in the ranges of 5850.5-5853.0 MHz and 6422.0-6424.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), selectable via ground command in 100 kilohertz steps. SAT-STA-20180502-00040 E S2704 Intelsat License LLC Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 06/14/2018 On June 14, 2018, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 180 days, to (1) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 5 space station to the 137.0° W.L. orbital location, and (2) provide fixed-satellite service from the 137.0° W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
