Special Temporary Authority

On June 7, 2018, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to
continue to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 5 from the 137.0° W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth),
5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

governing ex parte communications, effective June 8, 2018. We find that designating this proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" will serve
the public interest by facilitating the resolution of broad policy issues raised by the application. See 47 CFR §§ 1.1200(a), 1.1206 and
1.1208 note 2.
