Modification

Intelsat License, LLC requests a modification of its authorization for the Intelsat 16 space station to specify operations at the 76.2º W.L. orbital
location, instead of its authorized location at 58.1º W.L. Intelsat 16 currently provides fixed- satellite service at 76.2º W.L pursuant to special
temporary authority. At the 76.2º W.L. orbital location, Intelsat 16 will continue to operate in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5
GHz (Earth-to-space) bands using the following center frequencies for telemetry, tracking and command: 12198.25 MHz, 12198.75 MHz
(space-to-Earth); and 13997.5 MHz, 14499.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).

Replacement Satellite Application (no new frequency)

Sirius XM Radio Inc. requests authority to construct, deploy, test, and operate a new replacement satellite, to be known as SXM-7. Specifically,
Sirius XM requests: (1) authority to launch and operate SXM-7, which is intended to replace XM-3 at 85.15° W.L., with an east-west orbital
station-keeping tolerance of +/- 0.1 degrees, to provide Satellite Digital Audio Radio Service using the 2320-2345 MHz and 7025-7075 MHz
frequency bands; (2) authority to perform in-orbit testing of SXM-7 at 120° W.L. +/- 0.1 degrees; (3) authority to perform telemetry, tracking
and command in order to position SXM-7 at 120° W.L. during IOT and thereafter drift SXM-7 to 85.15° W.L., using the 4196-4198.5 MHz
(Space-to-Earth) and 6422-6425 MHz (Earth-to-Space) frequency bands; and (5) the flexibility to subsequently reposition and operate SXM-7 at
either of the 85.15° W.L. or 115.25° W.L. orbital locations as needed to meet SDARS service requirements. Sirius XM Radio Inc. requests
waiver of Sections 25.118(e), 25.202(g), and 25.210(j) of the Commission's rules in connection with this application.
