The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Launch and Operating Authority


BlackSky Global LLC requests authority to construct, deploy and operate a non-geostationary orbit Earth Exploration Satellite Service
constellation, which includes Global-1, a satellite currently authorized under an experimental license as part of the constellation, and three
additional satellites. BlackSky proposes to operate these satellites at orbital altitudes ranging from 460 km to 585 km and with inclinations
ranging from 45 degrees to polar sun-synchronous (nominal 98 degrees). BlackSky requests authority to operate in the 2025-2100 MHz
(Earth-to-space) and 8025-8400 MHz (space-to-Earth) frequency bands, as well as the 401-402 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 449.75-450.25 MHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands, to provide telemetry, tracking and command, and for emergency backup purposes. BlackSky additionally
requests to receive GPS signals in the 1575.42 MHz frequency band. BlackSky requests waivers of Sections 25.156, 25.157, 25.158 and
25.217(b) of the Commission's rules.

Special Temporary Authority


Intelsat License LLC requests special temporary authority, for a period of 180 days, to continue to: (1) provide fixed-satellite service via Intelsat
16 (S2750) space station at the 76.2° W.L. orbital location in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
bands; and (2) conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations in connection with maintaining the Intelsat 16 (S2750) space station at the
76.2° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 13.9975 GHz and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space); 12.19825 GHz and
12.19875 GHz (space-to-Earth).
