FCN-NEW-20000426-00024 Centennial Communications Corp. & Centennial Puerto Rico Operations Corp., Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules applicant notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affiliations with Dominican Republic. Interested parties may file comments with respect to this notification within 14 days of the date of this public notice (see Section 1.4(b)(4)).
