Modification

Intelsat License LLC seeks authority to specify operations of the Intelsat 9 space station at the 66.15° E.L. orbital location, in an inclined orbit,
instead of at its current location at 29.5° W.L. Intelsat 9 will operate at 66.15° E.L. in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz
(Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
Intelsat also requests authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions at 66.15° E.L. using the following center frequencies:
11.7005 GHz and 11.702 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.4945 GHz and 14.0005 GHz (Earth-to-space). Intelsat also requests that the license term
for Intelsat 9 be extended for two years, through July 2021. Intelsat seeks an extension of the previously granted waivers of Sections
25.114(d)(14)(ii) and 25.283(c), and a conditional waiver of Section 2.106, footnote NG52, of the Commission's rules in connection with this
application.
