On May 10, 2018, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, authority to Intelsat License LLC to construct, deploy, and operate Galaxy 15R
at the 133.0° W.L. orbital location. Specifically, the Satellite Division granted authority for Galaxy 15R: (1) to provide fixed-satellite service at
133.0° W.L. in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space). 17.8-19.3 GHz (space-to-Earth), 19.7-20.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 27.5-29.1 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 29.25-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) to conduct telemetry, tracking,
and command operations to maintain Galaxy 15R at 133.0° W.L. using the following center frequencies: 4197.75 MHz, 4198.25 MHz, 4198.75
MHz, and 4199.25 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 5926.75 MHz and 6424.5 MHz (Earth-to-space).

Special Temporary Authority

On May 8, 2018, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to
(1) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to drift the Intelsat 5 space station to the 137.0° W.L. orbital location, and
(2) provide fixed-satellite service from the 137.0° W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz
(Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.25 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
