The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Launch and Operating Authority


Intelsat License LLC requests authority to construct, deploy, and operate a new space station, to be known as Intelsat 15R, at the 85.0° E.L.
orbital location. Intelsat seeks authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 15R at 85.0° W.L. using the 10.95-11.2 GHz
(space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.0 GHz
(Earth-to-space), 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space), 17.8-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 27.5-30.0 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat requests authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the following center
frequencies: 11090 MHz and 11092 MHz (space-to-Earth); 14002 MHz and 14004.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). Although Intelsat 15R will only
operate in Regions 1 and 3, to the extent necessary, Intelsat seeks a waiver of any Region 2 requirements in the U.S. Table of Frequency
Allocations, 47 CFR § 2.106., in connection with this application.
