Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. SAT-LOA-20171027-00145 E S3022 Intelsat License LLC Date Filed: 10/27/2017 11:18:11:55000 Launch and Operating Authority Intelsat License LLC requests authority to construct, deploy, and operate a new space station, to be known as Intelsat 15R, at the 85.0° E.L. orbital location. Intelsat seeks authority to provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 15R at 85.0° W.L. using the 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 12.5-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.0 GHz (Earth-to-space), 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space), 17.8-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 27.5-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat requests authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the following center frequencies: 11090 MHz and 11092 MHz (space-to-Earth); 14002 MHz and 14004.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). Although Intelsat 15R will only operate in Regions 1 and 3, to the extent necessary, Intelsat seeks a waiver of any Region 2 requirements in the U.S. Table of Frequency Allocations, 47 CFR § 2.106., in connection with this application.
