FCN-NEW-20000410-00021 GTE Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's rules applicant hereby notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affiliations with Canada, Venezula, Japan Argentina and the Dominican Republic. FCN-NEW-20000419-00023 CIGNAL GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS CARRIER SERVICES, INC. Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules applicant notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affiliations with Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Korea, Mexico, The Netherlands, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and the United Kingdom. Interested parties may file comments with respect to this notification within 14 days of the date of this public notice (see Section 1.4(b)(4)).
