FCN-NEW-20000411-00022 GLOBAL CROSSING LTD. Notification "Global Crossing Ltd. ("Global Crossing") and IPC Communications, Inc. notify the FCC of their new foreign affiliations as a result of Global Crossing's proposed acquisition of IPC Communications. The FCC will presume the new foreign affiliations to be in the public interest unless the FCC notifies Global Crossings and IPC Communications, Inc. otherwise in writing on or before May 24, 2000. This prior notification is made pursuant to Section 63.11(a) of the FCC's rule." Interested parties may file comments with respect to this notification within 14 days of the date of this public notice (see Section 1.4(b)(4)).
