This application was inadvertantly omitted from Public Notice, Report No. SAT-00040, released Tuesday, April 4, 2000, which outlined the transfer of control of authorizations of Comsat Corporation and its subsidiaries to Comsat Government Systems, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidary of Lockheed Martin Corporation. Any comments on this application should reference the Lead Application File No. SAT-T/C-20000323-00078. The comment dates -- May 4, 2000 for comments or petitions to deny; May 19, 2000 for reply comments or oppositions to petitions to deny; and May 26, 2000 for responses -- remain unchanged.
