On March 15, 2018, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of EchoStar Satellite Operating Corporation for special
temporary authority for a period of 180 days, to continue to operate the EchoStar 16 space station to provide Direct Broadcast Satellite service
over channels 1 and 2 at the 61.5º W.L. orbital location.

The Satellite Division has determined that SES Satellites (Gibraltar) Ltd has met the launch and begin operations milestone associated with
its grant of market access for the SES-15 space station at 129.15° W.L. (Call Sign S2951) and may release the bond associated with this
space station, as provided in the Comprehensive Review of Licensing and Operating Rules for Satellite Services, Second Report and Order,
30 FCC Rcd 14713 (2015).
