The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-A/O-20171221-00174 E S2713 SES Americom, Inc. Authorization to Operate Grant of Authority Effective Date: 03/08/2018 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On March 8, 2018, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, authority to SES Americom, Inc. to: (1) operate AMC-18 in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) bands at the 139.0º W.L. orbital location; and (2) conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to drift AMC-18 from the 104.95º W.L. orbital location, where it has been operating pursuant to a Gibraltar license, to the 139.0° W.L. orbital location and to maintain AMC-18 at 139.0° W.L. using the following center frequencies: 3700.5 MHz, 4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-MOD-20171106-00150 E S2462 Skynet Satellite Corporation Modification 11/30/2017 - 11/30/2022 Grant of Authority Effective Date: 03/08/2018 Nature of Service: Fixed Satellite Service On March 8, 2018, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Skynet Satellite Corporation for a modification its authorization to extend the license term for the Telstar 12 space station for five years, from November 30, 2017 to November 30, 2022. Telstar 12 is authorized to provide service at the 109.2° W.L. orbital location using the 10.95-11.20 GHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and the 13.75-14.0, 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
