SAT-MOD-20180215-00017 E S2422 Intelsat License LLC Date Filed: 02/15/2018 17:45:37:95600 Modification Intelsat License, LLC seeks to modify the authorization of Galaxy 12 by extending the license term of that satellite to December 31, 2023. Galaxy 12 operates in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth) and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) bands at the 129.0° W.L orbital location. Intelsat also seeks an extension of the previously granted waiver of section 25.283(c) to the extent necessary.
