KyWay 1 antenna earth stations operate as Earth Station on Vessel (ESV), Vehicle-Mounted Earth Station (VMES) and Fixed Earth Stations in the U.S. territorial and international waters, the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S territories. IBFS File No. SES-AMD-20180206-00089 corrected the Maximum EIRP per Carrier and Maximum EIRP Density per Carrier values and confirmed the Radiation Safety Study submitted under IBFS File No. SES-LIC-20170223-00195 was calculated based on an input power of 25 watts (corresponding to 47 dBW). No new analyses or re-submission of radiation hazard exhibits are required with this modification application because the input power requested is 16 watts (corresponding to 45.04 dBW), which is less than the input power used to calculate the original antenna patterns.
