The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.
CORRECTIONS
SAT-MOD-20171106-00150                  S2462           Skynet Satellite Corporation
The Satellite Division is reissuing the public notice for this application to correct the frequency bands requested in the application, which
were incorrectly listed in Public Notice SAT-01282 (Nov. 17, 2017). The correct text reads as follows:

Skynet Satellite Corporation requests modification of its authorization to extend the license term for the Telstar 12 space station for five
years, from November 30, 2017 to November 30, 2022. Telstar 12 is authorized to provide service at the 109.2° W.L. orbital location using
the 10.95-11.20 GHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz, (space-to-Earth), and the 13.75-14.0 GHz, 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
