Nature of Service:       Earth Exploration Satellite Service


On December 14, 2017, the Satellite Division granted in part, and deferred in part, with conditions, the request of Astro Digital U.S., Inc.
authority to construct, deploy, and operate one Landmapper-BC satellite to provide Earth Exploration Satellite Service at orbital altitudes
between 475 and 625 km. Astro Digital will operate using the 25.5-27.0 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 29.9-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency
bands, and will conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations using center frequencies at 402.9 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 400.5 MHz
(space-to-Earth). Astro Digital was also authorized to operate inter-satellite links between its satellite and the Globalstar system using the
2483.5-2495 MHz and 1615-1617.775 MHz frequency bands.
