On December 8, 2017, the Satellite Division granted in part, with conditions, and deferred in part, the request of Planet Labs for modification of
its authorization to operate a non-geostationary orbit Earth Exploration Satellite Service system. Specifically, the Planet Labs was authorized to
construct, deploy, and operate three satellites for purposes of a propulsion demonstration, deployed to orbital apogee altitudes of approximately
550 kilometers, which was requested in IBFS File No. SAT-AMD-20171025-00144. Action was deferred on Planet Lab's other requests in IBFS
File No. SAT-MOD-20170713-00103.

On December 12, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, Intelsat License LLC's request to modify its authorization for the Intelsat
906 space station to extend the license term through May 31, 2025. Intelsat 906 provides fixed-satellite service operations at the 64.15° E.L.
orbital location in the 3625-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5850-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz
(space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.

On December 13, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, Intelsat License LLC's request for modification of the authorization for
the Intelsat 901 space station to specify operations at the 29.5° W.L. orbital location instead of at Intelsat 901's currently authorized orbital
location of 18.0° W.L. Intelsat will provide Fixed-Satellite Service at 29.5°W.L.
using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5
GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat is also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions for Intelsat 901during
its drift to, and operation at, the 29.5° W.L. orbital location, using the following center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.0 MHz, and
3952.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6176.3 MHz and 6173.7 MHz (Earth-to-space).

Nature of Service:        Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service


On December 13, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC's request for modification of the
authorization for its T11 space station, which operates at the 99.185º W.L. orbital location, to: (1) allow use of the adjacent 29.56165-29.57165
GHz frequencies for the limited purpose of receiving telemetry, tracking and command signals on a backup basis; and (2) update records to
reflect the correct expiration date for the T11 space station, which is July 21, 2023. T11 provides fixed-satellite services, including
direct-to-home services, in the 18.3-18.8 GHz (space-to-Earth), 28.35-28.6 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 29.25-29.5 GHz (Earth-to-space)
frequency bands.

Special Temporary Authority

On December 13, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DISH Operating L.L.C. for special temporary authority for
a period of 30 days to conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to drift the EchoStar 18 space station from the 61.35°
W.L. orbital location to the 109.9° W.L. orbital location, and to operate EchoStar 18 at the 109.9° W.L. orbital location in the 12.2-12.7 GHz
(space-to-Earth) and 17.3-17.8 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Telemetry, tracking, and command will be conducted using the following
center frequencies: 17.7935 GHz, 17.303 GHz, and 17.790-17.800 GHz (Earth-to-space); 12.203 GHz, 12.204 GHz, 12.6965 GHz, 12.6975
GHz, 12.685-12.700 GHz (space-to-Earth).



INFORMATIVE
SAT-MOD-20171020-00141                  S2115           Globalstar Licensee LLC
On October 31, 2017, Globalstar Licensee LLC was authorized, pursuant to section 25.118(f) of the Commission's rules, to commence
repositioning of the remaining space stations of its first-generation non-geostationary mobile-satellite service system within their respective
orbital planes. Globalstar must comport its space station operations with the orbital parameters specified in its modification application.
All other operations by Globalstar must comport with the terms of Globalstar's prior authorizations as conditioned.
