Special Temporary Authority
Grant of Authority                                                                                                    Effective Date:     11/30/2017



On November 30, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 180 days to Intelsat License
LLC to (1) provide fixed-satellite service via Intelsat 16 at the 76.2° W.L. orbital location in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5
GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; and (2) conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations in connection with maintaining the Intelsat
16 space station at the 76.2° W.L. orbital location using the following center frequencies: 13.9975 GHz and 14.4995 GHz (Earth-to-space);
12.19825 GHz and 12.19875 GHz (space-to-Earth).

On November 22, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to continue to
perform in orbit testing of Intelsat 37e at the 84.55º E.L. orbital location and to perform telemetry, tracking and command operations in
connection with maintaining Intelsat 37e at 84.55º E.L. and effecting the drift of Intelsat 37e to its authorized orbital location at 18.0° W.L. upon
completion of IOT.

Grant of Authority                                                                                                    Effective Date:     11/30/2017



On November 30, 2017, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority to Iridium Constellation LLC for a period of 60 days. Iridium
was authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations in the 19.4-19.6 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 29.1-29.3 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands necessary to transit and maintain up to 18 of its first-generation, non-geostationary, mobile-satellite service
satellites as in-orbit spares at an altitude of 763 km. Iridium was also authorized to maneuver first-generation satellites to replace other
first-generation satellites on a temporary basis.

On November 29, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of ES 172 LLC for special temporary authority for a period of
60 days to operate EUTELSAT 172A from the 174.0° E.L. orbital location. EUTELSAT 172A will operate in the 5925-6425 MHz and
14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space), and 3700-4200 MHz, 10.95-11.20 GHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz, and 12.2-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency
bands. Telemetry, tracking, and command will be conducted in the 3703.5 MHz and 4199.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 5926.5 MHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
