On November 22, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of SES Americom, Inc. for a modification of the
authorization for its AMC-1 space station to (1) conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations necessary to drift the AMC-1 space station
from the 129.15° W.L. orbital location to the 130.9° W.L. orbital location, and to maintain AMC-1 at 130.9° W.L., using the following center
frequencies: 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), 3700.5 MHz, 4199.5 MHz, and 12.198 GHz (space-to-Earth); (2) provide fixed satellite service,
including direct-to-home services, during the drift to the 130.9° W.L. orbital location in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz
(Earth-to-space) frequency bands; (3) provide fixed satellite service at 130.9° W.L. in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz
(Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, including direct-to-home services in the
11.7-12.2 GHz frequency band; and (4) extend the license term to June 30, 2021.

On November 22, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of SES Satellites (Gibraltar) Ltd. for a modification of a
condition to the U.S. market access grant for its SES-15 space station to permit the AMC-1 space station to be moved from the 129.15° W.L.
orbital location prior to SES-15 beginning to provide service from 129.15° W.L.

On November 16, 2017, the Satellite Division granted in part, with conditions, and deferred in part the request of ES 172 LLC for special
temporary authority for a period of 60 days to (1) provide fixed-satellite service via EUTELSAT 172B at the 172° E.L. orbital location and (2) to
conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations necessary to maintain EUTELSAT 172B at the 172° E.L. orbital location. EUTELSAT
172B will provide FSS using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 10.95-11.20 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth),
12.2-12.75 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. TT&C will be
conducted using the following center frequencies: 11200.6 MHz and 12250.1 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 14499.8 MHz (Earth-to-space). The
Division deferred the request for authority to provide FSS in the 12.7-12.75 GHz band in the space-to-Earth direction to earth stations inside the
United States and its Territories and Possessions.

Special Temporary Authority

On November 21, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to ES 172 LLC to conduct
telemetry, tracking, and command operations associated with the drift the EUTELSAT 172A space station from the 172.0º E.L. orbital location
to the 174.0º E.L. orbital location using the 5926.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), and 3703.5 MHz, 4199.5 MHz, 11199 MHz, and 12749 MHz
(space-to-Earth) frequency bands.
