On November 9, 2017, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority, for a period of 60 days, to Hughes Network Systems to permit
the extension service coverage by EchoStar XIX (a/k/a JUPITER 2) at 97.1° W.L. to the U.S. Virgin Islands in the Ka-band.

Special Temporary Authority
Grant of Authority                                                                                                     Effective Date:     11/16/2017



On November 16, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, Intelsat License LLC special temporary authority for a period of 30 days
to continue to (1) conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations in connection with the drift of the Intelsat 16 space station from the 58.1°
W.L. orbital location to the 76.2° W.L. orbital location and with maintaining it at that location, and (2) provide fixed-satellite service via Intelsat
16 in the 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands upon arrival at the 76.2° W.L. orbital location.
