FCN-NEW-20000302-00012 AT&T CORP. Notification Other Companies: CONCERT GLOBAL NETWORK SERVICES; CONCERT GLOBAL NETWORKS USA L.L.C. AT&T Corp., Concert Global Networks USA L.L.C.and Concert Global Network Services notify the FCC of proposed foreign affiliations as a result of the merger of AT&T Latin America Corp. and Firstcom Corp. The FCC will presume the foreign affiliations to be in the public interest unless the FCC notifies the authorized carriers otherwise in writing on or before April 14, 2000. FCN-NEW-20000302-00013 AT&T CORP. Notification Other Companies: CONCERT GLOBAL NETWORK SERVICES LIMITED; CONCERT GLOBAL NETWORKS USA L.L.C. AT&T Corp., Concert Global Networks USA L.L.C. and Concert Global Network Services Limited notify the FCC of a proposed indirect controlling interest in Keytech LD, S.A. The FCC will presume the planned investment to be in the public interest unless the FCC notifies the authorized carriers otherwise in writing on or before April 19, 2000. FCN-NEW-20000306-00014 PRIMUS TELECOMMUNICATIONS, INC. Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules applicant hereby notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affiliations with LCR Telecom Group, Plc. in the United Kingdom. For further information concerning this matter, please contact Lisa Choi, Telecommunications Division, International Bureau, (202) 418-1460; TTY: 418-2555. Interested parties may file comments with respect to this notification within 14 days of the date of this public notice (see Section 1.4(b)(4)). The notifying carrier may respond within 10 days after any such pleadings are filed, and the parties that filed such pleadings may reply within 5 days. See Section 63.52(c), 1.45(c)-(j).
