                                            Space Station Applications Accepted for Filing
The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

Intelsat License LLC requests modification of its authorization for the Intelsat 901 space station to specify operations at the 29.5° W.L. orbital
location instead of at Intelsat 901's currently authorized orbital location of 18.0° W.L. Intelsat will provide Fixed-Satellite Service at 29.5°W.L.
using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz, 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5
GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat also requests authority to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command functions for Intelsat 901
during its drift to, and operation at, the 29.5° W.L. orbital location, using the following center frequencies: 3947.5 MHz, 3948.0 MHz, 3952.0
MHz, and 3952.5 MHz (space-to-Earth), and 6176.3 MHz and 6173.7 MHz (Earth-to-space).

On October 20, 2017, Globalstar Licensee LLC notified the Commission of its intent to engage in fleet management operations to
reposition the satellites of its first-generation NGSO MSS satellite system within their respective orbital planes. Globalstar filed its
notification pursuant to section 25.118(f) of the Commission's rules and included the certifications set forth in that section. Accordingly,
Globalstar was authorized to commence the repositioning of its space stations as of October 31, 2017, without further approval by the
Commission.
