New Application
Pursuant to Section 63.701 of the Commission's Rules, INTELSAT LLC (INTELSAT) seeks Recognized Operating Status (ROA) for
its provision of satellite space segment to common carriers and other customers. INTELSAT seeks ROA status because it operates a
geostationary-satellite-orbit, fixed satellite system capable of causing harmful interference with radio transmissions of other countries.




Unless otherwise specified, interested persons may file informal comments with respect to these applications within ten
days of the date of this public notice. It is requested that such informal comments refer to the notification file number
shown above. Copies of the applications are available for public inspection in the Reference Information Center, Court
Yard Level, 445 12th Street, S.W., Washington, D.C. 20554. All applications listed are subject to further consideration,
review, and may be returned and/or dismissed if not found to be in accordance with the Commission's rules, regulations
and other requirements.
