FCN-NEW-20000208-00011 GLOBAL CROSSING, LTD. Notification Other Companies: Pursuant to Section 63.11 of the Commission's Rules applicant hereby notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affliations with GC Sweden and GC Ireland.
