 Nature of Service:       Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service


 On October 19, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, SES Americom, Inc.'s request for a modification of the license for the
 AMC-2 space station located at the 84.85° W.L orbital location. The license term for AMC-2 is extended from December 30, 2017, until
 December 31, 2020. AMC-2 will continue to operate using the 3700-4200 GHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 GHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2
 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and conduct telemetry, tracking, and command in the 3700.5 MHz,
 4199.5 MHz, 11.702 GHz, and 12.198 GHz, and Command: 6423.5 MHz frequency bands.

 Special Temporary Authority
 Grant of Authority                                                                                                   Effective Date:     10/17/2017



 On October 17, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, Intelsat License LLC special temporary authority for a period of 30 days to
 (1) conduct telemetry, tracking and command operations in connection with the drift of the Intelsat 16 space station from the 58.1° W.L. orbital
 location to the 76.2° W.L. orbital location and with maintaining it at that location, and (2) provide Fixed-Satellite Service via Intelsat 16 in the
 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands upon arrival at the 76.2° W.L. orbital location.
