The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-STA-20170726-00109 E S2862 Terra Bella Technologies Inc. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 10/12/2017 On October 12, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Terra Bella Technologies Inc. for a period of 180 days to allow SkySat-8 through SkySat-13 satellites to conduct telemetry downlink in the following frequencies: 8374.25 MHz, 8374.50 MHz, 8374.75 MHz, 8375.25 MHz, 8375.50 MHz, and 8375.75 MHz. INFORMATIVE SAT-LOA-20170508-00071 S3014 Astro Digital U.S., Inc. The Satellite Division has designated the above-captioned proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the Commission's rules governing ex parte communications, effective October 12, 2017. We find that designating this proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" will serve the public interest by facilitating the resolution of broad policy issues raised by the application.
