 On October 12, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Terra Bella Technologies Inc. for a period of
 180 days to allow SkySat-8 through SkySat-13 satellites to conduct telemetry downlink in the following frequencies: 8374.25 MHz, 8374.50
 MHz, 8374.75 MHz, 8375.25 MHz, 8375.50 MHz, and 8375.75 MHz.

The Satellite Division has designated the above-captioned proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" for purposes of the Commission's rules
governing ex parte communications, effective October 12, 2017. We find that designating this proceeding as "permit-but-disclose" will
serve the public interest by facilitating the resolution of broad policy issues raised by the application. See 47 CFR §§ 1.1200(a), 1.1206 and
1.1208 note 2.
