The applications listed below have been found, upon initial review, to be acceptable for filing. The Commission reserves
the right to return any of the applications if, upon further examination, it is determined that the application is not in
conformance with the Commission's rules or its policies. Consideration of each satellite application in this Public Notice
may depend on the Commission's action on another satellite application earlier in the queue. Petitions, oppositions, and
other pleadings filed in response to this notice should conform to Section 25.154 of the Commission's rules, unless
otherwise noted. 47 C.F.R. § 25.154.

 SES Americom, Inc. requests modification of the authorization for its AMC-1 spacecraft to (1) conduct telemetry, tracking and command
 operations necessary to drift the AMC-1 space station from the 129.15° W.L. orbital location to the 130.9° W.L. orbital location, and to maintain
 AMC-1 at 130.9° W.L., using the following center frequencies: 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space), 3700.5 MHz, 4199.5 MHz, and 12.198 GHz
 (space-to-Earth); (2) provide fixed satellite service, including direct-to-home services, during the drift to the 130.9° W.L. orbital location in the
 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands; (3) provide fixed satellite service at 130.9° W.L. in the
 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space)
 frequency bands, including direct-to-home services in the 11.7-12.2 GHz frequency band; and (4) extend the license term to June 30, 2021.

 5850-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 10.95-11.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space)
 frequency bands.

 DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC requests modification of its authorization for the Spaceway 1 space station to relocate Spaceway 1 from the
 102.925° W.L. orbital location to the 138.9° W.L. orbital location, and extend the license term from October 20, 2020, until December 31, 2025.
 Spaceway 1 will operate at 138.9° W.L. in the 18.3-18.8 GHz and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 28.35-28.60 GHz and 29.25-30.00 GHz
 (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, and telemetry, tracking, and command will be conducted using the following center frequencies: 29501.3021
 MHz and 29509.1146 MHz (Earth-to-space); and 19701.25 MHz and 19702.25 MHz (space-to-Earth).
