The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-MOD-20170628-00102 E S2347 SES Americom, Inc. Modification 09/21/2017 - Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/21/2017 Nature of Service: Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service On September 21, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, a modification of the license for the AMC-6 space station to provide fixed-satellite service from the 83.0° W.L. orbital location in the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), 13.75-14.0 GHz, (Earth-to-space), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands, including DTH in the 11.45-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth) frequency band. SES Americom will conduct telemetry, tracking, and command using the following center frequencies: 3700.5 MHz, 4199.5 MHz, 11.702 GHz, and 12.198 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 6423.5 MHz (Earth-to-space). SAT-STA-20170824-00124 E S2462 Skynet Satellite Corporation Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/19/2017 On September 19, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, Skynet Satellite Corporation's request for special temporary authority for a period of 60 days, to operate the Telstar 12 space station using an alternative spot-beam configuration to cover the United States and the Caribbean, described as "beam configuration 2" in IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20160513-00050. Telstar 12 provides Fixed-Satellite Service from the 109.2° W.L. orbital location using the 10.95-11.2 GHz, 11.45-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.0 GHz, 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. SAT-STA-20170914-00133 E S2434 SES Americom, Inc. Special Temporary Authority Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/20/2017 On September 20, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to SES Americom, Inc. for a period of 30 days to continue to conduct telemetry, tracking and command functions with the AMC-9 space station outside of its assigned stationkeeping volume of +/- 0.05 degrees at 83 W.L.
