SAT-MOD-20170824-00123 E S2462 Skynet Satellite Corporation Date Filed: 08/24/2017 15:06:10:47300 Modification Skynet Satellite Corporation seeks modification of its authorization to operate the Telstar 12 space station at the 109.2° W.L. orbital location in an alternative spot-beam configuration to cover the United States and the Caribbean, described as "beam configuration 2" in IBFS File No. SAT-MOD-20160513-00050. Telstar 12 provides Fixed-Satellite Service using the 10.95-11.2 GHz, 11.45-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 13.75-14.0 GHz, 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
