FCN-NEW-20000113-00010 GLOBAL CROSSING, LTD. Notification Pursuant to Section 63.11(b) of the Commission's Rules applicant hereby notifies the Commission of its foreign carrier affiliation with Spain. FCN-NEW-20000211-00008 FT NETWORKS L.L.C. Notification FT Networks L.L.C. notifies the FCC of a proposed foreign affiliation as a result of the proposed investment by its parent company, France Telecom S.A., of the interests of Deutsche Telekom and Sprint in Global One. This prior notification is made pursuant to Section 63.11(a) of the Commission's Rules. FCN-NEW-20000211-00009 FT NETWORKS L.L.C.
