The effective date of these actions is the release date of this Notice, except where an effective date is specified. SAT-MPL-20170606-00083 E S2974 SES DTH do Brasil Ltda Modification to PDR/PPL Grant of Authority Effective Date: 09/07/2017 Nature of Service: Direct to Home Fixed Satellite, Fixed Satellite Service On September 7, 2017, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of SES DTH do Brasil Ltda for modification of its grant of U.S. market access for the Brazilian-licensed SES-14 space station at the 47.5° W.L. orbital location. Specifically, the grant of U.S. market access for SES-14 was modified (1) to include downlink data transmissions from the Global-Scale Observations of the Limb and Disk (GOLD) space station aboard SES-14 in the 11.67-11.68 GHz frequency band and (2) to add Iceland, Norway, Ukraine, Guinea, Liberia, Mauritania, Morocco, and Sierra Leone to the route markets approved for SES-14 to provide direct-to-home services in conventional Ku-band frequencies. INFORMATIVE SAT-LOA-20160408-00034 S2959 Intelsat License LLC The Satellite Division has determined that Intelsat License LLC has met the launch and begin operations milestone associated with its authorization for the Intelsat 35e space station at 34.5° W.L. (Call Sign S2959) and may release the bond associated with this space station, as provided in the Comprehensive Review of Licensing and Operating Rules for Satellite Services, Second Report and Order, 30 FCC Rcd 14713 (2015).
