 Date Filed: 09/05/2017 07:52:16:26300
 Modification

O3b Limited seeks modification of its prior grant of U.S market access to change the configuration of its 12 in-orbit satellites, operating under
the authority of the United Kingdom. O3b's current system uses nine active and three spare satellites. O3b seeks to activate one of its existing
in-orbit spares so that it may provide service using ten active satellites and have two in-orbit spares. The satellites will continue to operate in the
following previously authorized frequency bands: 17.8-18.6 GHz and 18.8-19.3 GHz (space-to-Earth); and 27.6-28.4 GHz and 28.6-29.1 GHz
(Earth-to-space). O3b seeks continuation of a waiver of the U.S. Table of Frequency Allocations, section 2.106 of the Commission's rules and of
 the Commission's Ka-band Plan and of sections 25.145(c), 25.210(i)(1), 25.137(c), and 25.157. O3b also requests a waiver of section 25.114(c).
